This article describes the protocol links that Flashpoint supports.

Overview

  • Flashpoint supports the usage of flashpoint:// protocol links. These URLs can be opened in a web browser and cause actions in Flashpoint, such as downloading and running a game.
  • These links require Flashpoint to be open, and will not work with it closed.

Protocol Terms

Term Use Example
run Runs the given title in Flashpoint. [flashpoint://run/51b6d35f-d8e6-4923-9603-285de1e72e26]
open Displays the given title in the sidebar of Flashpoint [flashpoint://open/7f0e10e8-3891-46be-8790-a1ca88f6479f]
playlist/add Downloads the given playlist and imports into Flashpoint. Currently requires special characters to be encoded, this will be fixed in a future update. [flashpoint://playlist/add/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fflashpointarchive.org%2Fw%2Fimages%2F9%2F98%2FNeopets.json]
fpfss/open_curation
fpfss/edit_game Opens the Edit Game (FPFSS) menu for the given title. This will not work without Staff permissions.
